About the role

You'll lead assurance engagements from planning to sign-off: scoping the audit, assessing risk, supervising and reviewing the work of seniors and staff, resolving technical accounting and assurance issues, managing budgets and timelines, and presenting findings to partners and client management. You'll coach your team through busy season, keep files review-ready, and help clients understand what the numbers are telling them.

What you'll bring

You're a CPA with several years in public practice, including experience running engagements and reviewing files. You balance technical rigour with practical judgment, give staff feedback that makes them better, and keep clients informed without drama when issues surface.
