About the role

You'll own the accounting function end to end. Day to day you'll oversee month-end and year-end close, review reconciliations and journal entries, produce financial statements, manage cash flow, and keep the company compliant with CRA filings, GST/HST remittances, and payroll obligations. You'll lead a small accounting team, coordinate the annual audit or review engagement, and give leadership the numbers and analysis they need to make decisions.

What you'll bring

You bring a CPA designation and the experience to close books you can stand behind. You're hands-on enough to fix a reconciliation yourself and senior enough to build controls so you don't have to. You communicate financial results plainly to people who aren't accountants.
